Mr. Castro explained that the applicant had submitted revised plane and it was his recommendation that this item be continued to the next regular meeting. The applicant was present and concurred with this rata®endation, and upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the Public Hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the following resolution was adopted unanimously. RESOLUTION N0. 894 WHEREAS, the application of Rinker Development Company for site plan, landscaping and architectural review for a service station to be located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Interstate #580, containing .64 acres, more or leas, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BR IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, at the request of the applicant, hereby continues said application to the next regular meeting of May 14, 1969. 9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS. (Continued) a. Tentative Tract Mso X2837 - "Garden Court Homes" Application of D & V Builders for approval of tentative tract map. The Planning Director presented his staff report after which the Director of Public Works presented his. Mr. Dudley Frost, the applicant, requested that the Commission modify several conditions in the Planning Department staff report, and further explained the concept for said "Garden Court Homes." Mr. Castro disagreed with Mr. Frost's request to modify Conditions Sa, 7 and 9 of the Planning report, and stated that he still wanted to see the entire plan at one time instead of having the development come in piecemeal. Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, the follow- ing resolution was offered: RESOLUTION N0. 895 WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders, Inc., for approval of Tentative Tract Map X2837, "Garden Court Homes," has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said tentative map subject to the following conditions: 1. That the circulation and lot pattern be defined on the Final Development Plans as noted on the revised Preliminary Map dated December, 1969., which includes the enlargement of the mini-park area and the deletion of two (2) lots located between Courts A and C. 2. That the total number of lots shall be 105. - 7 -
