Mr. Castro explained that the applicant <br />had submitted revised plane and it was his recommendation that this item be <br />continued to the next regular meeting. <br />The applicant was present and concurred with this rata®endation, and upon motion <br />of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 894 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rinker Development Company <br />for site plan, landscaping and architectural <br />review for a service station to be located at <br />the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br />Interstate #580, containing .64 acres, more <br />or leas, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BR IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton, at the request of the <br />applicant, hereby continues said application to <br />the next regular meeting of May 14, 1969. <br />9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS. (Continued) <br />a. Tentative Tract Mso X2837 - "Garden Court Homes" <br />Application of D & V Builders for approval of tentative tract map. <br />The Planning Director presented his staff report after which the Director of <br />Public Works presented his. <br />Mr. Dudley Frost, the applicant, requested that the Commission modify several <br />conditions in the Planning Department staff report, and further explained the <br />concept for said "Garden Court Homes." Mr. Castro disagreed with Mr. Frost's <br />request to modify Conditions Sa, 7 and 9 of the Planning report, and stated that <br />he still wanted to see the entire plan at one time instead of having the <br />development come in piecemeal. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Arnold, seconded by Commissioner Carrigan, the follow- <br />ing resolution was offered: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 895 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D & V Builders, Inc., <br />for approval of Tentative Tract Map X2837, <br />"Garden Court Homes," has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said tentative <br />map subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the circulation and lot pattern be defined <br />on the Final Development Plans as noted on the <br />revised Preliminary Map dated December, 1969., <br />which includes the enlargement of the mini-park <br />area and the deletion of two (2) lots located <br />between Courts A and C. <br />2.
