,.T --~ <br />13.That approval of the storm drainage system be <br />withheld until final design calculations have been <br />checked and the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system <br />fully meets the requirements of this development <br />and all upstream areas intended to be drained <br />through this tract and that the requirements of <br />Alameda County Flood Control District have been <br />met. <br />14. That the Planning Commission allow a modifi- <br />cation of Article 7.14, Ordinance No. 358, <br />approving the lots as shown on the proposed map. <br />15. That the Planning Commission allow a modifi- <br />cation of Article 7.06-6 of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance to permit alleys in this particular <br />residential development. <br />16. That any details of construction shown on the <br />tentative map such ae but not limited to the <br />width and thickness of valley gutters in center <br />of alleys be specifically disapproved with such <br />details being worked out to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer prior to approval of the final <br />map and improvement plane. <br />17. That all existing wells on the property be <br />properly sealed and abandoned in accordance with <br />City standards prior to the start of grading <br />operations. <br />18. That the developer submit a list of proposed <br />street names for approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to submittal of a final map. <br />19. That only fees be collected to satisfy the <br />requirements of the Park Dedication Ordinance <br />in the event the City Attorney rules that this <br />proposed tentative map is now subject to the <br />requirements of said ordinance. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 23rd day of April, 1969, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Carrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Plato <br />Noes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />5.
