WHEREAS, said Commies ion has held a Public Nearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the approval of the preliminary develop- ment plan for said Planned Unit Development as petitioned. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 23rd day of April, 1969, by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioner Carrigan Commissioner Gibbs Chairman Plato Noes: Commissioner Antonini Commissioner Arnold Absent: Attest: Secretary Castro Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded by Chairman Plato, and carried, the following resolution was offered: RESOLUTION N0. 891 WHEREAS, the application of MacKay 8 Somps for Amador Valley Investors for approval of Tentative Tract Map #3120, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that`ahe Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said tentative map, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the final development plans be subject to Article 13, Sectioa 13.116 of Zoning Ordinance No. 520. 2. That detailed landscaping plans for the common areas be submitted for review at the same time as the final development plans. - 3 -
