That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the <br />General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City <br />Council the approval of the preliminary develop- <br />ment plan for said Planned Unit Development <br />as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 23rd day of April, 1969, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Carrigan <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Chairman Plato <br />Noes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Arnold <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Gibbs, seconded by Chairman Plato, and carried, the <br />following resolution was offered: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 891 <br />WHEREAS, the application of MacKay 8 Somps for Amador <br />Valley Investors for approval of Tentative <br />Tract Map #3120, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that`ahe Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said tentative <br />map, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the final development plans be subject <br />to Article 13, Sectioa 13.116 of Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 520. <br />2.
