~- .-., <br />RESOLUTION N0. 915 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D. ~ V. Builders for a variance <br />to Sec. 2.100 and 2.102c, to allow the construction <br />of single-family homes with a reduction in the <br />sideyard to zero on one side and 3 ft. on the other, <br />and a frontyard setback of 20 ft., in lieu of <br />23 ft., said properties generally located on the <br />south side of Black Avenue approximately 400 ft. <br />east of Hopyard Road, said properties described as <br />Lots 9, 10 and 11, Tract 3062, has come before <br />this Board, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Cosmtission of the <br />City of Pleasanton do hereby approve V-69-11 as <br />per Exhibit A. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day. of June, 1969, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Pereira <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Absent: Commissioner Gibbs <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />8. COMMUNICATIONS. <br />a. Request of Mr. Bernard Gerton to allow the establishment of an automotive repair <br />shop at 915 Santa Rita Road, said vermit reaueat not to exceed 90 davs. <br />The City Attorney explained that the applicant had been advised there was no <br />way until the last amendment was implemented that such a use could be granted. <br />It was, at this time, placed on the agenda to consider it as part of the <br />temporary use consideration. There is nothing that can be done immediately. <br />Under these circumstances, upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Pons, and carried, this item was continued until the matter of <br />Article 20, Temporary Uses, was resolved. <br />9. TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAPS. <br />a. Request of MacKay ~ Somps, Engineers, for extension of Tentative Tract Map 2896, <br />Stoneridge <br />This request was duly considered, and upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pons, and carried, the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 916 <br />WHEREAS, the application of MacKay & Somps fora time <br />extension on Tentative Tract Map #2896, <br />Stoneridge, has come before this Coomission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to <br />City Council the approval of said time extension <br />for Tentative Tract Map 2896, Stoneridge, to <br />expire on June 12, 1970. <br />- 7 - <br />
