,r- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zone Amendment No. 69-10 filed <br />by D. 6 V. Builders, Inc., to amend Sec.4.102, <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 520, to change the zone <br />district designation from the A (Agricultural) <br />District to the BM-2500 (Multiple Family) District <br />on that property described as follows: <br />Assessor's Map Book 946, Page 3375, <br />Parcel 2-2, Town of Pleasanton, <br />containing 22.77 gross acres, more <br />or less, <br />or that property generally located east of <br />Hopyard Road and south of the Del Valle Parkway. <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on <br />this petition and has examined the pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and finds that one <br />or more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BB IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City <br />Council the modification of said zone change from <br />the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day of June, 1969, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br /> Commissioner Pereira, <br /> Commissioner Pons <br /> Chairman Garrigan <br />Nces: <br />Absent: Commissioner Gibbs <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />f. Z-68-60. Wava L. Peterson <br />Letter from Mra. Wava L. Peterson regarding storage rental of garage area of a <br />duplex located at 344-346 West Angela Street, Pleasanton, in an RM-1500 District. <br />Planning Director Castro informed the Commission that this item was on the <br />agenda for clarification purposes, brought before the Commission in the form of <br />a letter from Mrs. Peterson, who had been denied the permit by the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br />Mrs. Peterson was present and explained that she was not aware the rental of the <br />extra garage apace was in violation of the district. There was some discussion <br />between the Commissioners and Mrs. Peterson, and upon motion of Commissioner Pons, <br />seconded by Chairman Garrigan and carried, the following resolution was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />- 4 - <br />
