r- <br />Horeover, due to an oversight, a memorandum dated April 2, 1969, from the City <br />Attorney, was left out of the packets that went to the new Commissioners. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was continued. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 909 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for <br />an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 regarding <br />Article 13, P.U.D. Planned Unit Development, has <br />come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pending additional time for <br />study of this amendment, the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby continues said <br />item until June 25, 1969. <br />b. Article 20, Temoorarv Uses <br />Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 520 regarding Article 20, Temporary Uses. <br />Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. Again, pending additional study <br />time for this item, primarily for the benefit of the two new Commissioners, <br />it was suggested this amendment be continued. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was continued. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 910 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for <br />an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 <br />regarding Article 20, Temporary Uses, has come <br />before this Co~isiion, <br />NOW, THBRSFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pending additional time <br />for study of this amendment, the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby <br />continues said item until June 25, 1969. <br />c. UP-67-21 Union Oil Comnanv of California <br />Recall of conditional use permit for service station located at 992 Santa Rita <br />Road for the purpose of clarifying conditions of approval as given at the meeting <br />of the Planning Commission on February 28, 1968. <br />The Co~issionera, on several occasions, noted violations of the conditions <br />for approval of the service station at this address. At their request, this <br />conditional use permit was recalled for reconsideration. Mr. R. T. Green, <br />Real Estate Representative for Union Oil Company, was present and admitted that <br />there had been a breakdown of communications between the Operations group and <br />the Dealer group. Mr. Green went on to explain that the present dealer was <br />leaving and a new operator was .going to be in charge very shortly. Also, that <br />the tow truck parked on the premises was used by the present operator ae <br />transportation between his home and the station. <br />Mr. Green further explained that the violations of Conditions 18 and 19 under <br />Permit No. UP-67-21 have been cleaned up and that it was their responsibility to <br />make certain that the conditions for approval are observed by each new service <br />station operator. <br />There being no further explanation necessary, the matter was closed. <br />- 2 - <br />
