--~ <br />M I N U T E S <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />30 hest Angela Street <br />June 11, 1969 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Garrigan at 8:00 PM. <br />1. ROLL CALL. <br />PRSSBNT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Pereira <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Chairman Garrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT Commissioner Gibbs <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />The minutes of the meeting of May 28, 1969, were not submitted to the Commissioners, <br />consequently, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Pons, <br />and carried, the minutes of the meeting of May 28, 1969, were continued to the <br />meeting of June 25, 1969 for approval. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGEDIDA. <br />Additions <br />9 a. Request of MacKay ~ Sompa for extension of Tentative Tract 2896,Stoneridge. <br />14a. Resolution of appreciation for retired Commissioners - Chaixman Plato and <br />Commissioner Arnold. <br />14b. Committee appointments. <br />Before continuation of this meeting, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by <br />Commissioner Pereira, and carried, Mr. Howard T. Garrigan, was elected to the Chairmanship <br />of the Planning Co®isaion. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, <br />Mr. Gene Pona was elected to the Vice Chairmanship of the Planning Commission. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Chairman Garrigan, and carried, the <br />nominations were closed. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS. <br />a. Article 13 Planned Unit Development <br />Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 520 regarding Article 13, P.U.D. Planned Unit Development. <br />Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. The Planning Director requested a <br />continuance of this item due to the fact that the two newly appointed Commissioners <br />were not fully prepared to discuss the amendment, therefore, additional time for <br />study of this item would be in order. <br />
