A request was received from Mr. Joe Schwab of the law firm of Corley & Schwab <br />to operate an office at a single-family residence at 1056 Division Street. <br />It was the Commission's directive that Corley & Schwab should investigate the general <br />attitude of the residents in the area for their opinions on this matter. <br />13.MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF THE COMMISSION. <br />a. Valley Trails Development - Inspection of Sidewalks and Possible Elimination <br />of Same for the Entire Develora~ent. <br />There was a large degree of controversy between the Commissioners on this item, <br />with many conflicting opinions regarding the sidewalk situation in the Valley <br />Trails development. A motion was finally offered by Chairman Garrigan to allow <br />the elimination of the sidewalks on one side. This vote received two ayes from <br />Commissioner Pereira and Chairman Garrigan and two no votes from Commissioners <br />Antonini and Gibbs, with Commissioner Pons abstaining. <br />It was concluded that the staff run a mail survey of the residents in this <br />development as to their feelings regarding this matter. <br />14.MATTERS INITIATED BY CO1~II4ISSION MEMBERS. <br />a. Due to July 9 (a regular Planning Commission meeting date) being Pleasanton-Dublin <br />Day at the Alameda County Fair, the meeting was cancelled. <br />There being no further business, upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Co®issioner <br />Pons and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 PM. <br />- 9 - <br />
