<br />--. <br />WBEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on <br />this petition and has examined the pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and finds that one <br />or more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the <br />City Council the approval of said zone change <br />as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of June, 1969, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Commissioner Pons <br />Commissioner Pereira <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />b. Application of D. & V. Builders, Inc., for design review of the approved Garden <br />Court Aomea development. <br />In accordance with the requirements of Article 13, PUD section, the purpose of <br />this application is to review the final development plans and final zoning for <br />the project and property in question. <br />The Planning Department advised the Commission that after a thorough review of <br />the plena, the department offered no additional comments other than approval <br />of the plans subject to the conditions as listed. <br />Mr. Norm Dyer, the architect, together with Mr. Dudley Frost, were present and <br />spoke in favor of the project. <br />There was considerable discuaslon regarding fencing, front court yard walls,etc. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pons, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 924 <br />WHEREAS, the application of D. 6 V. Builders, Inc., for <br />design review of the approved Garden Court Homes <br />project and final zoning, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />-6- <br />
