--. WBEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council the approval of said zone change as petitioned. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 25th day of June, 1969, by the following vote: Ayes: Commissioner Antonini Commissioner Gibbs Commissioner Pons Commissioner Pereira Chairman Carrigan Noes: Absent: Attest: Secretary Castro b. Application of D. & V. Builders, Inc., for design review of the approved Garden Court Aomea development. In accordance with the requirements of Article 13, PUD section, the purpose of this application is to review the final development plans and final zoning for the project and property in question. The Planning Department advised the Commission that after a thorough review of the plena, the department offered no additional comments other than approval of the plans subject to the conditions as listed. Mr. Norm Dyer, the architect, together with Mr. Dudley Frost, were present and spoke in favor of the project. There was considerable discuaslon regarding fencing, front court yard walls,etc. Upon motion of Commissioner Pons, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, the following resolution was adopted unanimously. RESOLUTION N0. 924 WHEREAS, the application of D. 6 V. Builders, Inc., for design review of the approved Garden Court Homes project and final zoning, has come before this Commission, -6-
