d. Article 20, Temporary Uses Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No.520 regarding Article 20, Temporary Uses (Public Hearing continued from June 11, 1969). Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. There were no questions concerning this item as the memorandimm with suggested changes as presented by the City Attorney were self-explanatory. Upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, the Public Hearing was closed. Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the following resolution was unanimously adopted. RESOLUTION N0. 921 WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 regarding Article 20, Temporary Uses, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, hereby reconmends the amendments as offered by the City Attorney to add Sec. 20.101 to Article 20, Temporary Uaes, of Zoning Ordinance No. 520. e. UP-69-14, Jeff Bumb Application for •a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a refuse disposal yard at that property described as Parcel 9, Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, or more commonly known as the south side of Stanley Boulevard going east to Livermore, across from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing 39.135 scree, more or less. Because the applicant had not submitted the required information to the Regional Water Quality Control Board who in turn was not able to furnish the Planning Department with the required information to continue processing of this application, it was the Planning Director's recommendation that this item be continued to the meeting of July 23, 1969. Upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, the Public Hearing was continued. RESOLUTION N0. 922 WHEREAS, the application of Jeff Bumb for a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a refuse disposal yard at that property described as Parcel 9, Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, or more commonly known as the south aide_of Stanley Boulevard going east to Livermore across from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing 39.135 acres, more or less, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pending the necessary material from the Regional Water Quality Control Board which is pertinent to the processing of this application, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby continues this application to the meeting of July 23, 1969. -4-
