Article 20, Temporary Uses <br />Application of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No.520 <br />regarding Article 20, Temporary Uses (Public Hearing continued from June 11, 1969). <br />Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. There were no questions concerning <br />this item as the memorandimm with suggested changes as presented by the City <br />Attorney were self-explanatory. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 921 <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 520 regarding <br />Article 20, Temporary Uses, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, hereby reconmends the <br />amendments as offered by the City Attorney to <br />add Sec. 20.101 to Article 20, Temporary Uaes, <br />of Zoning Ordinance No. 520. <br />e. UP-69-14, Jeff Bumb <br />Application for •a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a refuse disposal <br />yard at that property described as Parcel 9, Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, <br />or more commonly known as the south side of Stanley Boulevard going east to <br />Livermore, across from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing 39.135 scree, <br />more or less. <br />Because the applicant had not submitted the required information to the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board who in turn was not able to furnish the Planning <br />Department with the required information to continue processing of this application, <br />it was the Planning Director's recommendation that this item be continued to <br />the meeting of July 23, 1969. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was continued. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 922 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Jeff Bumb for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the operation of a refuse disposal <br />yard at that property described as Parcel 9, <br />Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, or more <br />commonly known as the south aide_of Stanley <br />Boulevard going east to Livermore across from <br />Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing <br />39.135 acres, more or less, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pending the necessary material <br />from the Regional Water Quality Control Board which <br />is pertinent to the processing of this application, <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />hereby continues this application to the meeting <br />of July 23, 1969. <br />-4- <br />
