It was determined eventually to approve the application based on the recommendations made in the staff report. Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, the following resolution was offered: RESOLUTION N0. 918 A resolution of the Planing Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the granting of Zone Amendment RZ-69-5, filed by Spivak-Bollinger Development Company. WHSRSAS, the Planing Commission of the City of Pleasanton has considered Zone Amendment Petition RZ-69-5, filed by Spivak-Bollinger Development Company to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 520 by rezoning from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District that property described as follows: Parcel 15, Block 1100 Assessor's Map Book 946, containing 1.37 acres, more or less, and bounded by Santa Rita Road and Tassa,jara Road WHEREAS, said Co®iesion has held a Public Hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan, 2, That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare, 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planing Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the approval of said zone change from the A (Agri- cultural) District to the C-F (Commercial Freeway) District as petitioned.
