Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, <br />the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Pons, and carried, <br />the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 943 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Doris Gross to allow the <br />operation of a day care center for a maximum <br />of five pre-school age children in her home <br />located at 4082 Francisco Street, in a residen- <br />tial district, has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-69-17 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the use of facilities be limited to a <br />maximum of five pre-school age children of <br />either sex at any one time. <br />2. The day-care period shall be restricted to <br />the hours between 7:30 AM through 6:30 PM. <br />3. That the permit is subject to renewal each <br />year thereafter from the date of approval. <br />4. That this permit applies to the applicant <br />and not the property. <br />5. That there shall be no advertising of said <br />operation on the property. <br />6. That there shall be no exterior changes to <br />said property. <br />7. That the applicant shall adhere to all require- <br />ments of Sec. 19.100 of Article 19 of Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 520. <br />8. That said premises be inspected by the Fire <br />Department of the City of Pleasanton. <br />e. Falender Homes - Corner Lot Site Plans and Elevations <br />Review of site plans and elevations for corner lots for Falender Homes, Tract #3102. <br />Chairman Garrigan opened the Public Hearing. The Commissioners reviewed the site <br />plans as submitted by MacKay & Somps on behalf of Falender's architect, B. A. Berkus <br />of Loa Angeles. There being no problems, upon motion of Chairman Garrigan, seconded <br />by Commissioner Pons, and carried, it was moved to approve the submittal subject <br />to the following: <br />1. That approval is hereby granted for the site plan and <br />elevation drawings submitted labeled Exhibit A. <br />2. That the minimum driveway distance from the property line <br />to the garage shall be 23 ft. <br />8. COMMUNICATIONS. <br />a. A letter was received from Dr. Howard Long on behalf of the Pleasanton Gardens <br />organization requesting; permission to allow the tenants to move in before com- <br />pletion of the landscaping as conditioned by the Commission. <br />- 7 - <br />
