MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIE47. <br />a. Mini-Park Plans for Tract X2837, Garden Court Romes. <br />This item was reviewed by the Commission as a whole. The Commission, in <br />checking over the park plans, elected to retain the park benches, but that <br />the developer could delete the shelter and in leiu put trees to be of the <br />15 gallon size. <br />b. Review of Annexation #49 <br />This matter was referred to the Commissioners for final recommendations on <br />certain noncontroversial portions of ]and within Annexation #49. A map and <br />detailed staff report had been submitted to the Commissioners for their review <br />and study. <br />There being no questions, upon motion of Chairman Carrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Pereira, and carried, the following resolution was offered; <br />RESOLUTION N0. 953 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending that the City <br />Council proceed with the final zoning of the <br />territory designated as Annexation #49, and <br />recommend that final zoning for the land comprising <br />said annexation be established as A, R-1-6500 <br />zones. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has reviewed said letition and map, and has studied <br />the compatible land use of the area and finds that: <br />1. No planning problems appear concerning said <br />proposed annexation. <br />2. The location and topography of the proposed <br />annexation is such that it is within the natural <br />area of development of the City of Pleasanton <br />for agricultural and residential purposes. <br />3. The proposed zoning conforms in extent and <br />purpose to the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />-S- <br />
