i~ ~ <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this <br />petition and has examined the pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and finds that one or more <br />of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be contrary to the <br />spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the <br />public interest and general welfare, <br />3. District, that parcel of land described as Parcel 1-2 of Assessor's <br />Map Book 941, Block 1300 containing 49 acres, more or less. <br />Cl:~airman Carrigan opened the Public Hearing. The applicant was in the audience <br />but had no comments to offer,; also, the Commissioners had no further questions. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Pereira, and <br />carried, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Carrigan, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 952 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton, recommending to the City <br />Council the approval of Zone Change No. 69-17 (B) <br />filed by Reynold C. Johnson Company. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered Zone Amendment Petition No. 69-17 (B) <br />filed by Reynold C.
