(Commercial Freeway) District that property <br />described as Parcel 1-1 of Assessor's Map <br />Book 946, Block 3295, containing 2.7 acres, <br />more or less, or more commonly known as the <br />E1 Rancho Motel on Santa Rita Road, <br />Pleasanton. <br />The Planning Director read a letter from <br />Mr. Lee Amaral, the applicant's representa- <br />tive, requesting that this application be <br />opened for Public Nearing and continued to <br />coincide with the resubmittal of Western <br />Sierra Lumber Company's application. <br />A motion was offered and seconded continu- <br />ing this application to coincide with the <br />resubmittal of Western Sierra Lumber <br />Company's application. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE Sec. 2.100, Zoning Ordinance No. 520 - <br />AMENDMBNT application of the Planning Commission to <br />Sec. 2.100 amend Ord. #520 to create an R-1-3000, <br />Continued to R-1-4000 and R-1-5000 Single-Family Diatric <br />November 19, 1969. said residential district to be applicable <br />only on approval of a development under the <br />Planned Unit Development (PIID) District. <br />It was moved to continue this item to the <br />meeting of November 19, 1969. <br />ZONE AMENDMENT California-Rawaiiaa Mobile Estates, Inc. - <br />RZ-69-24 application to rezone from the A (Agri- <br />Res.
