C. Elliott - application to rezone from <br />RZ-69-20 the A (Agricultural) District to the R-1- <br />Res. No. 964 6500 and the RM-2000 Districts that propert <br />Approved described as Parcels 1-5, 8-2, 9-4, 10-4, <br />10-3, 9-3, 8-1 and 1-4 of Assessor's Map <br />Book 99-B, Block 3950, containing 70 acres, <br />more or leas. <br />Tha Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Carrigan. <br />The Planning Director read a communication <br />from Pacific Telephone Company's attorneys, <br />advising that there would be no problem <br />regarding the transcontinental right-of-way <br />which crosses this development. <br />Mr. Bill Hatch, Vice President and General <br />Meaager of H. C.
