4y~k8ANpoy <br />,~' <br /> <br />-~. <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DOtQ ; November 5, 1969 <br />Time ; B:oo PM <br />PIOCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, <br />disagreed with the comments made by <br />Mr. Bigger. <br />Mr. John Price, 5094 Crestwood, was in <br />opposition to the comments made by Mr. <br />Campbell. <br />Mr. John Andrew, 5644 San Antonio, made <br />reference to the density and parking prob- <br />lems which this development may bring to <br />the Mission Park area. <br />Mr. Harry Sweet, 5641 San Luis Court, spoke <br />of his concerns regarding increased density <br />in the area. <br />Mr. Art Hilliker, spoke in favor of the <br />application. <br />There being no further comments, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Considerable discussion ensued among the <br />Commissioners. <br />There being no firm conclusion drawn, it <br />was moved that this application be taken <br />under submittal and continued pending <br />Mr. Langeberg resubmitting his proposal <br />incorporating lower density, which should <br />be done within 45 days. <br />P.U.D. AMENDMENT Mackay Homes, Inc. - application to rezone Resolution: <br />PUD-69-7 and from the R-1-6500 (Single Family) District Seconded: <br />Prelim. Map X13158 to the P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) Ayes: <br />Res. 963 District that area known as the southerly Noes: <br />Approved side of Hopyard Road, east of Tract 3048, Absent: <br />containing 16 acres, more or less.
