G. Craig, the applicant's architect, <br />was present and spoke in favor of the <br />application. <br />There being no further comments, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />A resolution was entered and passed recomm- <br />ending a modification of the request to the <br />C-F and RM-2500, in place of the RM-2000 <br />as requested. <br />ZONE AMENDMENT C. W. I.engeberg - application to rezone <br />EZ-69-18 from the A (Agricultural) District to the <br />Continued C-F (Commercial Freeway) District, the <br />RM-2500 (Multiple Family) District, the <br />RM-4000 (Duplex) District and the R-1-10000 <br />(Single Family, minimum lot size 10,000 <br />sq.ft.) District, that portion of land <br />described as Parcel 5-B, Assessor's Map <br />Book 946, Block 2577, containing 52 ac., <br />more or less. <br />Mr. C. W. Langeberg advised the Commission <br />of his meeting with the residents of <br />Mission Park wherein he attempted to make <br />clear to them the concept being proposed. <br />Mr. Ben Forte, 5656 Mission Drive, gave hie <br />point of view, which in effect was in <br />opposition of the application. <br />Mr. David Bigger, 301 Junipero, spoke in <br />opposition of the application and sub- <br />stantiated his comments with extensive <br />statistics on the sewer capacity and water <br />pressure in the vicinity. <br />- 2 - <br />
