AMENDMBNT PUD-69-8 (former BZ-69-14) - First <br />PUD-69-8 Pleasanton Investors, to amend the original <br />Rea. 962, Approved P.U.D. from the RM-2500 and R-1-6500 Distric <br />to the C-F and RM-2000 Districts, that <br />property described as Parcel 2-9 of Assessor <br />Map Book 946, Block 1101, containing <br />11.7 acres, more or less, and a portion <br />of Parcel 6, Assessor's Map Book 99-B, <br />Block 3950, Page 1, containing 9.1 acres, <br />more or leas, or more commonly known as that <br />property immediately south of Nighway #580 <br />and east of Tassajara Road. <br />The Public Nearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />Mr. George Oekea, representing First <br />Pleasanton Investors, was present and spoke <br />in favor of his application. <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield, the applicant's engineer, <br />also spoke in favor of the application. <br />Mr. Robert Pearson, 3590 Churchill Court, <br />spoke in opposition of the submittal. <br />A Mr. Miller, resident of Pleasanton <br />Meadows, concurred with Mr. Pearaon's <br />objections. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />- 1 - <br />
