No. 971, tural) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple <br />Approved. Family) District that property described as <br /> Parcel 14-4 of Assessor's Map Book 946, <br /> Block 1250, containing 21 acres, more or <br /> less, said property also commonly known as <br /> 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, and <br />CONDITIONAL USE California-Iiawaiian Mobile Estates, Inc. - <br />PERMIT application for a conditional use permit <br />UP-69-12, to operate a mobile home park on that <br />Res. No. 972, property described as Parcel 14-4 of <br />Approved. Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, con- <br />taining 21 scree, more or less, said mobile <br />home park to contain approximately 159 <br />spaces, and commonly known as 3153 Vineyard <br />Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />Mr. Castro explained to the Commissioners <br />that the matter was referred back at <br />Council level at the request of the appli- <br />cant. Mr. Castro then demonstrated a map <br />of Pleasanton, indicating possible locations <br />for mobile home parks as an interim use pend <br />iag the development of those properties for <br />industrial uses. <br />Mr. Castro further explained that one of the <br />thoughts behind this idea is to allow a <br />property owner interim use by which he could <br />continue to pay his property taxes and at <br />the same time, retain the land in its indus- <br />trial category to be used at same future <br />date . <br />s: <br />s: <br />C: <br />in: <br />lotion: <br />nded: <br />in: <br />- 5- <br />
