REZONING REQUEST Califa~nia-Hawaiian Mobile Estates, Inc. - RZ-69-24, application to rezone from the A (Agricul- Rea. No. 971, tural) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple Approved. Family) District that property described as Parcel 14-4 of Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, containing 21 acres, more or less, said property also commonly known as 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, and CONDITIONAL USE California-Iiawaiian Mobile Estates, Inc. - PERMIT application for a conditional use permit UP-69-12, to operate a mobile home park on that Res. No. 972, property described as Parcel 14-4 of Approved. Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, con- taining 21 scree, more or less, said mobile home park to contain approximately 159 spaces, and commonly known as 3153 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman Garrigan. Mr. Castro explained to the Commissioners that the matter was referred back at Council level at the request of the appli- cant. Mr. Castro then demonstrated a map of Pleasanton, indicating possible locations for mobile home parks as an interim use pend iag the development of those properties for industrial uses. Mr. Castro further explained that one of the thoughts behind this idea is to allow a property owner interim use by which he could continue to pay his property taxes and at the same time, retain the land in its indus- trial category to be used at same future date . s: s: C: in: lotion: nded: in: - 5-
