Also <br />referred to the traffic circulation problem <br />which could occur, because of the single <br />entrance to the Rosepointe development. <br />Mr. Mike Pearson, 596 Hamilton Way. <br />A Mr. Arnold Herold. <br />There being no further testimony, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />In accordance with the remarks made by <br />Chairman Carrigan at the opening of the Publ <br />flea ring, the Commissioners, upon motion of <br />Chairman Carrigan, seconded by Cammisaioner <br />Antonini, and carried, moved to deny <br />increase in density for the Rosepointe area. <br />A resolution recommending denial of PUD-69-6 <br />was entered and passed. <br />REZONING RBOi)EST John MacGowan - application to rezone from <br />RZ-69-25, the A (Agricultural) District to the RM-4 <br />Continued to (Multiple Family), RM-25 (Multiple Family) <br />January 14, 1970. and C-S (Service Co®ercial) Districts that <br /> property described as Parcel 3 and 4 of <br /> Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 3200, contai <br /> ing 91.89 acres, more or leas, said propert, <br /> more commonly known as that area west of <br /> Santa Rita Road, previously the Nevis and <br /> Lima parcels, generally bounded by the <br /> Tassajara Canal and the Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Chairman <br />Carrigan. <br />- 4 - <br />
