-2- <br />A notion was made by Commissioner Abrott, seconded by Commissioner Hewitson <br />and approved by all Cossusaionera present, that the Tentative Subdivision Nap <br />of Tract No. 1841 be approved with the attached Conditions of Approval. <br />Correspondence pertinent to Tract No. 1850 was read as follows: <br />P. G. 8.: No gas or electric facilities that would interfere with this <br />developusent. <br />County Health Department: No recommendations. <br />County Planning Cemeiasion: Recommending approval of the Nap. <br />Pleasanton Township Conntp Water District: They have a "floating easemltIIt" <br />for their pipe line through the area of Tract 1850. They requested the sub- <br />divider appear before the nert Water District Board meeting to present any <br />suggested movement of the pipe line which he mty want to make. <br />Gity Engineer~a Conditions of Approval were read. <br />On motion of Commissioner Hewitson, seconded by Commissioner Collier and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, approval wan recoamended for Tract <br />1850 with the attached Conditions of Approval. <br />The Commission discussed recommending to the City Council a m9n;.nm lot <br />(width of 60 feet be net for street subdivisions within the present city <br />limitai with a minimna Ltbntage of 40 feel on cnl-de-sacs. <br />William Rugg, Harold Wise Associates, gave a preliminary report on the future <br />water requirements for the City of Pleasanton and Pleasanton Township. <br />The Planning Commission is to meet in work session on November 29, 1956, with <br />a representative of Harold Wiae Associates. <br />Then being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 11:10 p.m., to meet again in regular session on November <br />15, 1956, at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall. <br />SBCRETAR <br />ENCs (~) <br />
