NOW TfIEREFORE the Planning Commission does resolve:
1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in
this matter.
2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions oP Section 2.21 oY
Ordinance X293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met.
3) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERb'IIT is hereby granted subject to the
following conditions:
a) That the use be reviewed on July 1, 1964.
b) That the number o£ children be limited to four.
4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this
resolution to the applicant, City Administrator, Building Inspector and
any other interested parties.
The City Planning Co~ni.ssion then considered the Tentative Subdivision Map
of Tract 2110 (Roy N. Jensen). The Commission was advised that P.G. & E. Co. has
no gas or electric facilities that will conYlict with this development and that
the County Health Department has no recommendations to make pertaining to this
subdivision. A letter Prom the County Planning Commission was read pointing out
that student access to the adjacent school was poor; that consideration should
also be given to the future use of the parcel labelled "not a part of this sub-
division"; that the "Tentative Map" is drawn in the form of a "Final Map" and
does not include statements upon provision for utilities, act. Mr. Roy Jensen
stated that the property labelled "not a part of this subdivision" had been sold
to Mr. Jack Johnson and Mr. Bill Eaton. Mr. Jensen fYzrther advised that an access
road would be net aside £or the use of the school children through Lot 1 Block 4
of Tract 2110. Discussion fo]lowed relative to the setback of the homes and corner
lot requirements. Upon motion of Commissioner Tendon, seconded by Commissioner
p]lisoa, and approved by all present, RESOLUTION #79, recommending approval to the
City Council o£ the Tentative Subdivision Map o£ Tract 2110 (Roy N. Jensen) was
adopted with certain conditions.
RESOLUTION #79
The application of Roy N. Jensen for approval of Tentative Subdivision Map
of Tract 2110, having been filed, pursuant to Ordinance 293 of the City of Pleasanton
and the matter duly considered at the public meeting of the City of Pleasanton
Planning Commission;
NOW THNEREEORE the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby
resolve:
1) That Tentative Subdivision Map o£ Tract 2110 be recommended for approval
to the City Council.
2) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this
matter.
3) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of
Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met.
4) That 10' wide, concrete access walkway, with 6' fencing, be provided on
Lot 1 Block 4 of Tract 2110.
5) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this reso-
lution to the applicant, City Council, City Administrator, Building
Inspector, and any other interested parties.
I~.r. Frank L. Avilla, Sr. presented the application of Mr. & Mrs. Robert DeMeyer
to erect a new dwelling on their property at 4421 Pleasanton Avenue. Following some
discussion regarding removal of the existing garage, City Attorney Struthers advised
that in his opinion it would not be wise for the Planning Commission to force removal
of the structure at this time. On motion of Commissioner Lyndon, seconded by Commis-
sioner Lozano, and approved by all present, RESOLUTION ~$0, granting the CONDITIONAL
ZONING PERb'QT, under the following condition, was adopted.
RESOLUTION ~80
The application o£ Mr. & PQrs. Robert DeMeyer, as owner, and Nr. Frank Avilla,
Sr., as builder, to erect a dwelling at 4421 Pleasanton Avenue, having been filed
on October 19th, pursuant to Ordinance 293 of the City o£ Pleasanton and the matter
duly considered at the public meeting o£ the City o£ Pleasanton Planning Commission;
