NOW THII2F~'OR^n the Planning Commission does resolve: 1) That no public hearing is dee.~¢ed necessary in the public interest in this matter. 2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. 3) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING P~tMIT is hereby granted subject to the following condition: a) That a 15' front yard setback and 5~ side yard setbacks be provided. 4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this reso- lution to the applicant, City Administrator, 3uilding Inspector and any other interested parties. The City Administrator advised the Planning Commission that according to an Ordinance passed at the October 12, 1959 meeting of the City Council, two Commis- sioners' terms would now expire in 1960, two in 1961 and one in 1962. A drawing at the November 4, 1959 meeting would determine which Commissioners' term would expire in 1961. A letter from the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce was read reaffirming their pre- vious endorsement favoring the Industrial Park. The Commissioners discussed proposed hillside standards for future developments. There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 PM, to meet again on November 4, 1959 at 8 PM at City Bell. Secretary
