NOW THII2F~'OR^n the Planning Commission does resolve: <br />1) That no public hearing is dee.~¢ed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of <br />Ordinance 293 pertaining to Residential Uses have been met. <br />3) That the CONDITIONAL ZONING P~tMIT is hereby granted subject to the <br />following condition: <br />a) That a 15' front yard setback and 5~ side yard setbacks be provided. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this reso- <br />lution to the applicant, City Administrator, 3uilding Inspector and any <br />other interested parties. <br />The City Administrator advised the Planning Commission that according to an <br />Ordinance passed at the October 12, 1959 meeting of the City Council, two Commis- <br />sioners' terms would now expire in 1960, two in 1961 and one in 1962. A drawing <br />at the November 4, 1959 meeting would determine which Commissioners' term would <br />expire in 1961. <br />A letter from the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce was read reaffirming their pre- <br />vious endorsement favoring the Industrial Park. <br />The Commissioners discussed proposed hillside standards for future developments. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:10 PM, to meet again on November 4, 1959 at 8 PM at City Bell. <br />Secretary <br />
