1) That a 10' right of way be dedicated to the City between lots 20 <br />and 21 in Block B as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. <br />2) The subdivider shall dedicate a 30' improved street between lots <br />25 and 27 in Block B as shown on Exhibit "A" attached. <br />3) A 10' sanitary and drainage easement shall be provided between lots <br />33 and 34 in Block B. When improvement plans are submitted, the drainage <br />line should be so offset so that there will be space for future installation <br />of a sanitary sewer. <br />4) The street shown as Torre Dei Nolsi to be renamed Del Sol Avenue, Corte <br />Barbara to be renamed Barbara Court, Corte Croce to be renamed Croce Court <br />and Corte Bevilacqua to be renamed Bevilacqua Court. <br />5) Subdivider should provide drainage control at the east end of Del Sol Avenue. <br />6) Micitnum lot area to be 6,500 square feet per Zoning Ordinance 309 or increased <br />to comply with Resolution 3014 where grade or building plans requires. <br />7) All earth work shall be tested by a Certified Soil Engineer at the subdivider': <br />expense. <br />8) Streets to be as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />9) Grading plan to be submitted when the final map is filed. <br />10) Lots 27 through 35 of Block B to be provided with "no access" on northern <br />boundary of the tract as indicated on Exhibit "A". <br />11) The 20' easement running along the northerly boundaries of Lots 27 <br />through 35, Block B to be dedicated to the City as shown on Exhibit "A". <br />12) The final map, when submitted, to be subject to approval by the City Engineer, <br />13) Consideration should be given to isolating the reservoir area by fencing <br />or other means. <br />14) The developer and the City shall enter into an agreement providing for the <br />construction of improvements shown on the Tentative Map of Tract 2217. <br />Adopted this July 21, 1960 <br />Ralph Mitchell - Chairman <br />City Planning Commission <br />ATTEST: <br />ecretary <br />The application of George Hansen for Site Plan and Architectural Approval to <br />construct a carport at 430 Main Street. Due to the fact that this application <br />had been received on the day of the meeting, July 21, the Commission directed <br />the matter be included on the Agenda for consideration at the August 4, 1960 <br />meeting of the Commission. <br />
