The Planning Commnission discussed the George Andrews letter, dated April <br />14, 1960, requesting information as to improvements which would be required by the <br />City before the lots owned by Andrews off Pine Hill Lane could be developed. The <br />Planning Commission on motion oP Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison <br />approved by all Commissioners present adopted the following rem mmendation s to be <br />forwarded to the City Council: <br />a. That the property owners develop a 30' minimum no parking paved <br />street within the existing and proposed 40' right of way improved <br />to City standards. This street to be stubbed off at the northwesterly <br />boundary of Tract 2217. <br />b. That a 6" water line be installed to serve the area. <br />c. That at least one standard 6" fire hydrant be installed to provide fire <br />protection to the area. <br />d. That sanitary sewers be installed, where necessary, to adequately serve <br />each lot proposed for development. <br />e. Pavement to be designed to control storm drainage. <br />f. If property owners are unable to finance this privately, they should <br />petition the City to form an assessment district so as to accomplish <br />the necessary improvements. <br />g. That all other pertinent City Ordinances and Standards affecting public <br />health, safety and welfare be complied with. <br />There being no further business to come before the Coum~ission, on motion of <br />Commissioner Lozano,., seconded by Commissioner Allison and approved by all Commissioner <br />present, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 P.M., to meet again on August ~+, 1960 <br />at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall. <br />Secretary <br />
