l <br />IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Minutes <br />July 21, 1960 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commission was called <br />to order at the City Hall on July 21, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. with Chairman Ralph Mitchell <br />presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Allison, Landon and Lozano <br />Absent - Commissioner Hanifen <br />The minutes of July 7, 1960 were corrected to indicate the receipt of a communication <br />from the Board of Supervisors relative to Stanley Boulevard street trees. On motion <br />of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all com- <br />missioners present, the minutes of July 7 were approved as corrected. <br />The public hearing on the application of John J. Amaral for a 4' Variance 'from side- <br />yard requirements to allow construction of a garage at 261 Spring Street was opened. <br />The public hearing was continued until August 4, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. to allow further <br />consideration and a request that the applicant be present to discuss his application <br />on motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison and approved by <br />all Commissioners present. <br />The Tentative Map for Tract 2217, Bevilacqua Brothers was presented. Mr. Milton <br />Murray, Engineer for Bevilacqua Brothers represented the developers. <br />The following correspondence was received as a result of referrals of the tentative <br />map: <br />a. Communication from Postmaster A. [d. Oxsen protesting proposed street names. <br />b. Communication from Alameda County Flood Control District indicating that <br />previous comments of Tract 1917 were applicable to the refiled Tract 2217. <br />c. Communication from Pacific Gas and Electric Company indicating that they <br />had no recommendations on this tract. <br />d. Communication from Alameda County Health Department indicating no comments <br />relative to this tract. <br />e. Communication from Alameda County Planning continuing planning considerations <br />for Tract 2217. <br />After considerable discussion RESOLUTION N0. 112 adopting recommended conditions of <br />approval relative to Tract 2217 were approved, on motion of Commissioner Landon, <br />seconded by Commissioner Lozano and approved by all Commissioners present. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 112 <br />Planning Commission <br />City of Pleasanton <br />County oP Alameda <br />State of California <br />Resolved: <br />The Tentative Map of Tract 2217, Bevilacqua Brothers on file with the City <br />Clerk entitied Tentative Map, Tract 2217 and dated June 1960, is hereby recommended <br />for approval subject to the conditions of approval set forth-below: <br />
