Public Hearing xas held on the application of Nuclear Engineering Company,
<br />Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow concrete mixing under Section 13.304
<br />of Ordinance No. 309. Mr. Falea briefly outlined the proposed plane of Nuclear
<br />Engineering Company, Inc., and Mr. S. Corbett, Chief Radiation Protection Officer
<br />of the Company, further explained their planned operations. As there were no
<br />protests, Resolution No. 137, as follows, was adopted, upon motion of Commissioner
<br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present.

<br />Whereas, the application of Nuclear Engineering Company, Inc., for a
<br />Conditional Uae Permit, to allow concrete mixing under Section 13.30y, of
<br />Ordinance No. 309, (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, having come before this
<br />Commission March 16, 1961, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as
<br />follows:
<br />1. The Planning Commission does flied as follows:
<br />a. Notice has been given as required by law.
<br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.903 of said
<br />Ordinance No. 309 do exist.
<br />2. A Conditional Uae Permit is hereby granted, aub,ject to the
<br />following conditions:
<br />a. That the m~Y{Tg of concrete must be an indoor operation.
<br />b. That noise level requirements of Section 17.106 of Zoning
<br />Ordinance No. 309, be met.
<br />c. That Nuclear Engineering Company, Inc., comply with all
<br />A.E.C. regulations.
<br />3. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to interested parties.

<br />a Variance Prom Section 6.5 of Ordinance No. 309, for the property designated
<br />as Lot 10, Block 8, Tract 2007. Resolution No. 138, as follows, was adopted
<br />upon motion of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and
<br />approved by all Commissioners present.

<br />from front yard set-back requirements, to allow fora larger back yard, on
<br />the property designated as Lot 10, Block B, Tract 2007, having come before
<br />this Commission March 16, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance)
<br />as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows:
<br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows:
<br />a. Notice has been given as required by law.
<br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of
<br />said Ordinance No. 309 do exist.
<br />2. A 15' Pront yard set-back is hereby granted.
<br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties.
<br />Public Hearing was held on the application of G. R. Jensen Construction
<br />Company for a Variance from Sections 6.5 and 6.601 of Ordinance No. 309 for the
<br />property located at 383 Division Street, Resolution No. 139 as follows, was
<br />adopted, upon motion of Cosrmiasioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano,
<br />and approved by all Commissioners present.
