RESOLUTION N0. 139 <br />Whereas, the application of G. R. Jensen Constraction Compar~p for a <br />2~ Variance from sideyard set-back requirements, 5' Variance from front yard <br />requirements, and lees than 6500 feet (eq) area requirements, for the property <br />located at 383 Division Street, having come before this Commission March 16, 1961 <br />under Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission <br />does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Cosaaission does find as folloxa: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance No. 309 do exist. <br />2. The above requested Variance is hereby granted as the proposed <br />dxelling xill conform to existing buildings in the area. <br />3. A copy oP this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Chairman Landon introduced Mr. Robert Williams, Director of the Alameda <br />County Planning Department. Mr. Williams xas present to offer advice in regard <br />to the proposed expanded master planning area. He stated that goals of the <br />expanded yaaater plan should be clearly outlined in simplified form. He further <br />commented upon City Administrator Falea~ "Statement of Community Goals in Relation <br />to an Expanded General Plan", and also offered suggestions for improvement of <br />same. Chairman Landon stated he felt the Commission should discuss the matter <br />with Mr. Williams subsequent to re-evaluation of goals. Mr. Neil Moore, Presi- <br />dent of the Chamber oP Commerce, stated the Chamber will initiate a study of <br />the Expanded General Plan at their next meeting. <br />On motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, the meeting <br />xaa adjourned at 9:50 p.m. to meet again in regular session at 8:00 p.m. on <br />April b, 1961. <br />i <br />t <br />James M.
