Thompson for a 5' Variance from rearyard requirements for a C-G (General Commercial) zone in order to develop a cormnercial service center on First Street Between Spring and Vineyard Avenue, having come before this Commission hiay 1,., 1961, under Ordinance ido. 309 (`Coning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as fo11o~~,~s: 1.
