D1rs. 3u11ocY, and i~ir. Perry, present in the audience, spoke in favor of <br />the Variance. On motion of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, <br />and approved by all Commissioners present Resolution PIo. 143 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 143 <br />Whereas the application of P7orman Gdarnow and E. L. Thompson for a 5' Variance <br />from rearyard requirements for a C-G (General Commercial) zone in order to develop <br />a cormnercial service center on First Street Between Spring and Vineyard Avenue, <br />having come before this Commission hiay 1,., 1961, under Ordinance ido. 309 (`Coning <br />Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as fo11o~~,~s: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows <br />a. Sotice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances requiredby Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance Pio. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A Variance of 5' from rearyard requirements is hereby granted. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />tir. On motion of Cosrmiissioner Lozano, seconded by <br />Commissioner Allison and approved by all Commissioners present, Resolution No. 141E <br />was adopted. <br />RESOLIJTIO.~ IVO. 141+ <br />'rlhereas the application of Stover w Bullard for a Variance of 5 feet from the <br />front yard reouirements for an R-1 (Single gamily Residential) zone in order to <br />construct a dwelling on Lot 6, Block 1, Tract 2007, Pleasanton Heights, having <br />come before this Commission Slay 4, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309, (Coning Ordinance) <br />as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commnssion does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b.
