On motion of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, <br />and approved by all Commissioners present Resolution PIo. 143 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 143 <br />Whereas the application of P7orman Gdarnow and E. L. Thompson for a 5' Variance <br />from rearyard requirements for a C-G (General Commercial) zone in order to develop <br />a cormnercial service center on First Street Between Spring and Vineyard Avenue, <br />having come before this Commission hiay 1,., 1961, under Ordinance ido. 309 (`Coning <br />Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as fo11o~~,~s: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows <br />a. Sotice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances requiredby Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance Pio. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A Variance of 5' from rearyard requirements is hereby granted. <br />3.
