1. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council <br />that Ordinance Pro. 309, adopted April 18, 1960, as amended, be further amended <br />to provide the following zoning change: <br />a. Tract 2093 from "unclassified" to R-1 (Single Family Residential). <br />The Secretary is hereby instru@ted to send all records required by <br />Section 22.106 to the City Council. <br />Amendment to Ordinance Tdo. 309 to provide C=1' ( Thoroughfare Commercial) <br />zone for Annex Pro. 13 (blest Stanley Blvd.-Pous) was summarized by Secretary <br />Fales. On motion of Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Allison, <br />and approved by all Commissioners present Resolution No. 146 was adopted. <br />RESOLUT1oN Iro. 146 <br />Whereas the Planning Corrnnission by its own motion having instituted the <br />rezoning of all the property included in Annex 13, blest Stanley Boulevard - <br />Pous Annex, from "unclassified" to C-T (Thoroughfare Commercial), and Public <br />Hearing duly held; <br />NOW THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: <br />1. Drorman Jarnow and Dlr. E. L. Thompson then came before the Commission <br />with their application for Site Plan and Architectural Approval to construct a <br />commercial service center on First Street, between Spring Street and Vineyard <br />Avenue. On motion of Commissioner Lyndon, seconded Commissioner Allison and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, Resolution no. 147 eras adopted. <br />RESOLUTIOTr ISO. 147 <br />`vrhereas the application of Norman Warnow and E. L. Thompson for Site Plan <br />and Architectural Approval to develop a cor:mxercial service center on First <br />Street between Spring Street and Vineyard Avenue (flay Street), having come <br />before this Commission May 4, 1961, under Ordinance No• 309 ( 'Coning Ordinance) <br />as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by lair. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance IQo. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. Site Plan and Architectural Approval is hereby granted subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. Thee must be at least one off-street loading zone 10' X 40'1. 14'. <br />b. at least B8 parking spaces. <br />c. the outdoor advertizing sign may be no larger than 1x25' and must <br />not overhang the sidewak <br /> <br />
