Leonardo d; Son, for a Variance from Sideyard <br />setback requirements of Section 6.5, Ordinance Ido. 309, to allow construction on a <br />dwelling on property located at 375 Christina Court, in an R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential) District, having come before this Commission June 1, 1961, under <br />Ordinance No. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, the Planning Commission does here- <br />by resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Covm~ission does find as follows: <br />a. notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 cf said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3• A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />RESOLUTION pro. 153 <br />Yrhereas, the application of F. J. Leonardo is Son, for a Variance from sideyard <br />setback requirements of Section 6.5, Ordinance No. 309, to allow construction on a <br />dwelling, on property located at 342 Christina Court, in an R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential) District, have come before this Commission June 1, 1961, under <br />Ordinance 110. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, the Planning Commission does here- <br />by resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. ;Iotice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />On motion of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Inzano, and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, the Date of June 15th was set for a Public <br />Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit on Application of Eugenio Gordillo. <br />Secretary Fales read a memo from City Engineer Sypher, pertaining to a re- <br />hearing of a Variance applied for by John J. Amaral in June of 1960. Since the <br />granting~of a 2' Variance, instead of the requested 4' Variance, was based on the <br />Engineer s interpretation of the building Code, and that interpretation being de- <br />termined in error,aflter more careful scrutiny by the Engineer, and application for <br />the full 4' Variance was reapplHed for and a re-hearing was set for June 15, 1961 <br />on motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Hanifen and approved by <br />all Commissioners present. <br />
