OF CALIFOFiIdiA <br />b:inute s <br />June 1, 1961 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commission was <br />called to order on the above date at 8:00 P.I+I. with Vice-Chairman Philip Landon <br />presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Allison, Hanifen, and Lozano. <br />Absent - Commissioner Mitchell. <br />Ex-Officio Commissioners I~.amp and riing. <br />On motion of Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Hanifen and ap- <br />proved by all Commissioners present, the minutes of May 18, 1961, were approved <br />as forwarded. <br />Public Hearing for F. J. Leonardo & Son, for Variances of sideyard requirements <br />for four dwellings on Christina Court, was then opened. Discussion was held and <br />the Staff recosrmtended the Variances be granted. On motion of Commissioner Hanifen, <br />seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, RF.HO- <br />LUTIOPd I10. 150, 151, 152 and 153 were adopted. <br />RESOLUTION Iv'0. 150 <br />Whereas, the application of F. J. Leonardo b: Son, for a Variance from Sideyard <br />setback requirements of Section 6.5, Ordinance No. 309, to allow construction of a <br />duelling on property located at 311 Christina Court, in an R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential) District, having come before this Commission June 1, 1961, under <br />Ordinance Pdo. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, the Planning Commission does here- <br />by reso}~ve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. `Phe Circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance do exist. <br />2. The Variance is hereby granted. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />RESOLUTION PdO. 151 <br />Whereas, the application of F'. J. Leonardo a Son, for a Variance from Sideyard <br />setback requirements of Section 6.5, Ordinance No. 309, to allow construction of a <br />dwelling on propety located at 328 Christina Court, in an R-1 (Single rr^amily <br />Residential) District, having come before this Commission June 1, 1961, under <br />Ordinance No. 309, Zoning Ordinance, as amended, the Planning Commission does here- <br />by resolve as follows: <br />1.
