upon motion of Commissioner Wipfli, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the following <br />resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />iESOLUTION N0. 193 <br />v7HERFAS~ application has been made by Mr. L.A, Hilliker, 439A Fod,',Chill <br />P.oad, Pleasanton, for a Zoning Permit in order to consts'1[ct a <br />temporary real estate office at 4377 First Street, in a C-G (General <br />Commercial) Diatsict, <br />NOW, THEREFOP.E, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby <br />approve said application, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Said Zoning Permit is issued for a period of one year <br />from December 6, 1962. At the end of this period said <br />office moat either be removed or a time extension moat <br />be granted by the Planning Commission. <br />2. The appropriate front, rear and aide yard requirements <br />of Ord. No. 309 foz a C-G (General Commercial) District <br />must be met. <br />3, Sanitary sewer and water facilities to be utilized by <br />the occupants of said temporary structure must be to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />At this point, Secretary Falea called attention to Section 19.400 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, and recommended that in the future this section of the Ordinance be <br />rigidly enforced. Thin refers to applications for Zoning Permits, as follower <br />"The applicant shall submit in duplicate, at least seven (7) days prior to a Com- <br />ffisaion meeting, drawings, plot plena and other data necessary for Commission <br />action." Whereupon it was moved by Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, <br />and carried, that the Comffisaion endorse the recommendation of Mr. Fales to require <br />subffisaion of applications for Zoning Permits to the administrative office not <br />later than seven days prior to a Planning Commission meeting. <br />Chairman Landon then proceeded to a referral from the City Council re: the matter <br />of Proposed Annexation No. 23, Santa Rita Road. This concerns 38 acres iamadiataly <br />east of Santa Rita Road and north of the Alisal School, commonly known as the <br />Delucchi property. The Council received a letter from Mr. Chris Beratlis for an- <br />neRation and Zoning of the subject property as a trailer park, Mr. Beratlis was <br />present is the audience and described the proposal as envisioning 11 or 12 mobile <br />homes per acre, with recreational facilities, s~-*imming pool, and other amenities. <br />Mr. Pales said there are two considerations the Commission should bear in mind; <br />(1) Am~exation of the property without reference to land use; and (2) Application <br />of property Co specific land use. Mr. Falea stated the staff recommends the Plan- <br />ning Commission recommend annexation of the property to the Council, and conaidera~ <br />tion of the plot plan by the Planning Commission after it is submitted. Upon motion <br />of Commissioner Raga, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution <br />was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 194 <br />RESOLVED: <br />Tha Planning Commission does hereby recosrnend favorably to <br />the City Council annexation to the City of Pleasanton of <br />a parcel of thirtq--eight acres of land, commonly known as <br />the Delucchi property, bounded by Santa Rita Road, Alieal <br />School, Kaiser Road and Kaiser property. <br />It was decided to set a study session with regard Co the above property after ad- <br />journment of the meeting on December 20, to discuss the matter with the property <br />owner, Mr. Beratlis and the Commission. <br />Secretary Falea then reviewed the matter of the proposal presented to the Commis- <br />sion by Stover & Bullard and the effect of the new major Chorrnighfare proposed <br />in the General Plan to be located between Vineyard Avenue and the Axrogo del Valle. <br />
