Geometries of the parking area be subject to the approval <br />of the City Bngineer. <br />2, Drainage of the site be subject to the same approval. <br />3, Parking lot paving be a minimum of 1~" asphalt concrete <br />with a 5" rock base. <br />4. Sewer and water services be subject to the approval of <br />the City Engineer. <br />5. A site plan including the above be approved prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />6. Proviaiona of ail other ordinances be complied with, <br />Chairman Landon then called upon City Attorney Struthers for a report regarding pro- <br />posed off-street parking agreements for business districts. Mr. Struthers pse• <br />vented an oral synopsis of a possible draft agreement. Commissioner Rega inquired <br />regarding the requirement for participation in as off-street parking district in <br />the case of buainesaea which have already provided off-street parking. City Attorney <br />Struthers replied that an attempt would be made to equalise the situation, and he <br />will look into this matter further. Mr. False queried regarding whether payment <br />under an agreement would be a pro-rated share of an off-street parking lot when the <br />
