MINUTES <br />of <br />THS MEETING <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COlAlI3SI0N <br />Pleaeanton~ California <br />April 18, 1963 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8;00 P.M. on Thursday, April 18, 1963, by Cluirman Philip Landon. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following; <br />Present: Chairman Landon <br />Commisaionare Antonini <br />Lozano <br />Raga <br />Secretary Falea <br />Absent: <br />Cowaiesiones Wipfli <br />8x Officio Hohn <br />Kamp <br />Oa motion of Coaroieaioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the minutes <br />of the meeting of April 4 ware unanimously approved as presented by those Com- <br />adasioaars present. <br />Chairman Landon proceeded to open the public hearing on the application of W.H. <br />and M, Trubiood, 588 St. John Street, for a Conditional Uae Permit under Section <br />8.305, Ord. The Conditional Use Permit ie hereby granted, subject <br />to the following conditions <br />a. if the use of said property is expanded os changed <br />in the future, off-street parking requirements and <br />all other requirements of an RG•15 District moat be <br />met. <br />Chairman Landon then opened the public hearing on the application of C. Boratlis, <br />550 Main St., for an amendmenC to Ord. No. 309 in order to rezone property located <br />on the west aide of Harrison Street, 147.30 feet mirth of the intersection of <br />Harrison St. and Boreal Ave., from R-1 to RG-15. Mr. Beratlia was proaent in the <br />audience and stated the property in question adjoins the Western Pacific Railroad <br />
