EXHIBIT "A" February 20, 1964 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE MAPS TRACT 2591 1. Street Geomet, rice - It is recoam:ended thst the folla-,aing changes be made in the geometries ofof the streets to provide for safer traffic movements: e. Provide acceleration and deceleration lanes for the frontage road of Hopyard Road. b. Increase curb radii as shows on Exhibit "A" of City Engineer's report to Planning Commission more particularly described as follows: (1) Curb radii at the intersection of Harvest Road and Arroyo Parkway shall be 40 feet. (2) Curb radi.uo at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Golden Road aac4 Iioe.yard Road shall be 50 feet. (3) Curb radii at the intersection of Black Avenue and Hopyard Road shall be 50 feet. 2. Street_ Classification - The classification as indicated by street width on the Tentative Neap are recommended with the following changes: e. Blackberry Court, Ramblewood Court, and Tanglewood Court should be increased to a 46 foot right-of-:uay width to c;:nform to the Subdivision Ordinance. 3. Street Names - It is recommended that the d,:valcrFr submit for approval substitutes for the following street names b~cauae of conflicts: a. Vine Avenue b. Ramblewood Caurt c. Golden Court d. Blackberry Court It is recommended that Arroyo Parkway be changed to Del Valle Parkway, that Gatetrea Road be called Gatetxee Place, that loop streets be termed "way" rather than "court", and that Avenue be used for existing Black Avenue only. 4. Strom e~al - The following requirements shall be made pertaining to the streets: a. The aubgrade for all streets shall be compacted to a depth satisfactory to the City Engineer and the developer's Soil Engineer. b. The pavement sections shall be in accordance with the Reports on Pavement Design that will be made by the developer's Soil Engineer.
