1. That the facto justifying the above findings remain sub- <br />stantially the same. <br />2. The applicant show continued financial ability to carry out <br />the proposed Planned Unit Development, with construction to <br />start not later than six months fallowing subdivision approval <br />and precise zoning district classification. <br />3. Said Planned Unit Development be completed within seven years. <br />4. A performance bond of not more than 10~ of the estimated coat <br />will not be required at this time, provided that the Planning <br />Commission reserves the right to fi:t and demand such a bond <br />at a later date. <br />The next item on the agenda was consideration of Tentative Subdivision Map, Tract <br />No. 2591 under Ordinance No. 358, the Subdivision Ordinance. After considerable <br />discussion by the Co®isaion and repreaentativea of the developers, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Coa®i.eaioner Lozano, the following zeaolution was <br />unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 270 <br />RBSOLVEDe <br />The Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2591 having come <br />before the Pleasanton Planning Commission, as provided by <br />Ordinance No. 358, is horeby approved, with the following <br />modifications and couciiticno: <br />Sae "Conditions of Approval of Tentative Map, <br />Tract 2541" ae approved February 20, 1964, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto ae Exhibit "A". <br />There being no further business to cone before the Commission, upon motion of Com- <br />miaeioner Wipfli, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the meeting was adjourned at <br />9:40 P.M. to meet again on Wednesday, February 26, 1964, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
