This
matter was continued from April 22, 1964. The Commission learned that the owner
of the subject property, Mr. Al Uomini, had been present earlier in the evening
and stated informally that there was some doubt that the applicant was still
interested in the subject property. It was moved by Commissioner Rega, seconded
by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, that the application of Valley Building
Materials be continued to the meeting of May 27, 1964, pending formal notification
to the Commission by the applicant.
The next item on the agenda was the application of Mr. Jay D. Lambert, 2357
Strobridge Ave., Castro Valley, for an amendment to Zoning Permit No. 263-18,
issued December 11, 1963, in order to construct an additional four multiple dwell-
ing unite at 399 Weat Angela Street, in an RG-15 District. Mr. Lambert was
present in the audience. Mr. Campbell stated that amendment to the above-named
Zoning Permit is requested at the suggestion of the Subdivision Committee in con-
nection with Minor Subdivision Request No. MS64-2, for the reason that the site
plan approved under Zoning Permit No. Z63-18 was subsequently shown to be incor-
rect by a property survey, which makes it necessary to join the additional four
unite to the existing six unite. After diacuasion by the Commission, upon motion
of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution
was adopted by unanimous vote:
RESOLUTION N0. 307
WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Jay D.
