After die- <br />cuseion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Com- <br />ffiesioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those <br />Cemmisaionera present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 313 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Chris Beratlis, 550 Bain Street, for a <br />Zoning Permit in order to erect a temporary tract sign on <br />the northwest corner of First and Ray Streets, in a C-G District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWSs <br />1. The above-named Zoning Perffit is hereby granted subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />a. The subject sign shall be set back from First Street <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />b. The Zoning Permit shall be issued fora period of <br />two years. <br />c. The applicant moat remove said sign upon 30 days <br />written notice from the City of Pleasanton. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of John M. Stanley, 3850-J <br />Vineyard Avenue, for an amendment to Zoning Permit No. 264-10 to allow alternating <br />apartments and garages on two of four triplexes, and relocation of the laundry <br />room, in the construction of 12 multiple dwelling unite at 4275 Pleasanton <br />Avenue, in an RG-25 District. Mr. Stanley was present in the audience. Mr, Falea. <br />in giving the staff report, stated the application ie to amend the previous Zon- <br />ing Permit to allow a rearrangement df the proposed 2 and 3-bedroom apartments oa <br />tHo of the four unite. The site }Masi and architecture remain essentially the <br />same. The staff recommends approval amending Zoning Permit No. 264-10 only for <br />rearrangement of unite. After discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Com- <br />missioner Rega, seconded by Co~ieaioner Antonini, the following resolution was <br />adopted by unanimous vote of those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 314 <br />WNEREAS, the application of John M. All other aspects of Zosdng Permit No. 264-10 shall <br />remain in force. <br />Vice-Chairmen Lozano then proceeded to the application of Robert Boeder, 544 <br />Kottinger Avenue, in order to operate a mail order service ae a home occupation <br />at the above location in an R-1 District. Mr. Falea read a communication from <br />Mr. Boeder, and euoted Srom Sections 17.604 and 17.605 of Ord. No. 309. Although <br />a mail order business is not specifically listed, the staff feels it ie the <br />intent of the Ordinance that it be considered ae a home occupation. After con- <br />sideration by the Cosrsisaion, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by <br />Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote <br />of those Commissioners presents <br />
