Other Ordinances - Unless specifically modified by the Planning Commission <br />at the time of approval of thin Tentative Map, tlxe development shall conform <br />to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the City of Pleasanton and <br />all other agencies having jurisdiction. <br />11. Boundaries of Tentative Map, Tract 2680 - The boundaries of the Tentative <br />Map should be extended to include both school sites. <br />During the eneuing discussion, it was determined that provisions moat be made to <br />drain the Rruse property and the school Bites. As to electric power distribution, <br />if P.G. E. proposes anything different from what is presently known as a "modified <br />system" on Valley Avenue, all of the distribution system on the subject portion of <br />Valley Avenue must be installed underground. A pedestrian way between lots 81 and <br />82 was suggeeted by Mr. Frost, to improve pedestrian circulation. Approximately <br />flue acres southeast of Valley Avenue and Northway Road was approved ae a park site. <br />After this discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commi.saioner Lozano, <br />seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous <br />vote of those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 337 <br />WHEREAS, the application for consideration of Tentative Subdivision Map, <br />Tract No. 2680, Pleasanton Valley, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the Tentative Map, Tract No. 2680, conform to Engineer's report <br />as stated plus the following conditions and modifications: <br />1. Electric power distribution be the modified or streamlined <br />system, otherwise full underground. <br />2. Addition of pedestrian way between Lote 81 and 82 be approved. <br />The next item on the agenda was the further consideration of the proposed General <br />Plan Amendment Re: Tract No. 2639. Mr. False reviewed the previous discussion on <br />this matter and read, from Livingston and Blayney's report, the seven-point recom- <br />mendation as limed in the minutes of the Planning Commi.sslon meeting of June 10, <br />1964. Mr. Falea further reviewed the 6500 square foot minimum lot sizes, density <br />~~ of four per acre, and the regional shopping center with the possibility of a dif- <br />ferent use of this land should the shopping center go elsewhere. Mr. Ted Fairfield <br />pointed out that the 68-acre site for the center had been eliminated in the compu- <br />tation of density for the tract. Mr. Pairfield also read s letter from FHA regard- <br />ing R-1 Districts adjacent to freeways. Mr. George Oakes spoke relating hie ideas <br />on density and design. It was determined by the Commission that Community Commer- <br />cial zoning could be recommended to the City Council and withhold precise zoning <br />for the remainder of the area until a Tentative Map is submitted. The public hear- <br />ing on this matter was then closed by Chairmen Landon. After further discussion, <br />upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the following <br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 338 <br />WHEREAS, the application for a proposed General Plan Amendment Re: <br />Tract No. 2639 has come before this Ccmmisaion; <br />NOW, Trik;dP;FU:'E, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, t:bat thz Yleaeanton General Plan be emended to include the <br />revised General Plan for proposed Tract No. 2639, constituting <br />approximately 332 scree located east of Santa Rita Road and south of U.S. <br />Highway 50. <br />After further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lozaao, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of those Commissioner <br />present: <br />
