<br />pointing out that the proposed alienations are in the nature of a modernization
<br />and improvement rather than the expansion of as existing conditional use. George
<br />Spiliotopoulea, on behalf of the applicant, was present in the audience, and
<br />explained the nature of the improvements; proposing the front of the factory be

<br />were sold. He pointed out the various other developers signs in the area. Chair-
<br />man Landon expressed the policy of the Commission in that tract signs belong on
<br />the tract proper, otherwise they axe denied. Mr. Campbell pointed out that
<br />directional signs are helpful, and reduce traffic hazards, and a positive step
