Hansen, Masonic Board of Dlrectora, elating that this non- <br />profit organization would uae the Temple solely for a meeting hell, and that no <br />other use is contemplated for the property. It was moved by Vice-Chairman Antonini, <br />seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, that the public hearing be closed. <br />There being no further diecuaeion, upon motion of Vice-Chairman Antonini, seconded <br />by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 485 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The City Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />that the application of the Alisal Memorial Temple Association, <br />328.St.Mary St., for an amendment to Ord. No. 309 rezoning a <br />parcel of property aparoximately two acres in size Located on <br />the south side of Black Avenue easterly of Tract No. 2678, <br />from the A District to the R-1 District, be approved. <br />Vice-Chairman Antonini opened the public hearing on the application of Land Develop- <br />ment and Investment Co., 405 Montgomery St., San Francisco, for an amendment to Ord. <br />No. 309 rezoning the area of Tract No. 2802 (Vintage Hills) in confozmity with the <br />approved Tentative Subdivision Map of Tract No. 2802. Staff Report 65-12 was pre- <br />sented by Mr. Fales, with the recommendation that the Map be approved. It was moved <br />by Vice-Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, that the <br />public hearing be closed. Ted Fairfield, MacKay 6 Sompe, briefly discussed the <br />changes on the map, stating there was a reduction in multiple family unite, and <br />decrease in commercial unit. The street pattern has also been changed eomewbat <br />to better serve the area. A. Bennig- <br />hof and Associates, agent for Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, 40 Gold St., San <br />Francisco, for a Conditional Use Permit in order to construct a church facility at <br />the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Golden Road, in an R-1 District. Mr.Fales <br />presented the staff report, and plans. The staff was concerned regarding the flood- <br />ing problems in this area. Mr. Howell, representing the Lutheran Church, stated <br />they were aware of the flood control problem, but that the first phase of the build- <br />ing program was not in the flood area. Mr. Dudley Front, D ~ V Builders, stated <br />they were familiar with the flooding problems and felt sure some method could be <br />devised to control the situation, and urged issuance of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />It was moved by Vice-Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and carried, <br />that the public hearing be closed. There was further discussion on parking, land- <br />scaping, opening access, closing one entrance, elevation maps, and phasing on the <br />building of the project. Upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Vice-chair- <br />man Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 487 <br />RESOLVED: <br />The application of R. A.
