Upon motion of Vice-Chairman Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, Che <br />following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 492 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Sam W. Garlitz, 225 Weat Angela <br />Street, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Archi- <br />tectural and Landscape Approval, in order to construct <br />a duplex at the above address in an RG-15 District, has <br />come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named application be approved with the <br />following condition: <br />That the existing driveway approach be replaced <br />with a new approach conforming to City standards. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Land Development and Investment <br />Company, 405 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, for an Amendment to Planned Unit <br />Development Permit issued September 25, 1963, said amendment to conform with the <br />approved Tentative Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2802. Mr. Fales presented the <br />staff report which pointed out that this is an amendment to the existing Planned <br />Unit Development for Tract 2481, necessitated by the fact that the Tentative Map <br />has been revised and re-submitted under a new number since the time on the original <br />Tentative Map has expired. This proposal for the Planned Unit Development is <br />identical with the new Tentative Tract Map 2802, which has been previously approved <br />by the Planning Commission. The previous Planned Unit Development for the area of <br />Tentative Tract 2481 was approved with the condition that it be completed in its <br />entirety within eight years from the date of approval as a Planned Unit Development. <br />After further discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, <br />seconded by Vice-Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 493 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Land Development and Investment Company, <br />405 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, for an Amendment to <br />Planned Unit Development Permit issued September 25, 1963, <br />said amendment to conform with the approved Tentative <br />Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2802, has come before this <br />Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above-named application be approved subject to <br />the following condition: <br />Change in completion time from eight to six years <br />from the date of approval as a Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of L. V. Rice, 30 West Neal <br />Street, for a Zoning Permit in order to construct a weather shelter addition to <br />an existing building at the above address, in a C-C District. Mr. Fales presented <br />the staff report which stated that this is a small addition to an existing facility <br />and is designed primarily to protect an already existing function from the weather. <br />After discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by <br />Vice-Chairman Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 494 <br />[,iE~REAS, the application of L. V. Rice, 30 West Neal Street, <br />for a Zoning Permit in order to construct a weather <br />shelter addition to an existing buildings at the <br />above address, in a C-C District, has come before <br />this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above named application be approved with the <br />following condition. <br />That the weather shelter addition be architecturally <br />compatible with the existing building. <br />
