2. All off-street parking areas and access <br />driveways must be paved to City standards <br />with a minimum of 1'~ Inches of asphalt <br />concrete and 5 inches of aggregate base. <br />3. The public service easement must be improved <br />and maintained by the property owner. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Mr. J. C. Acord, 2273 Fairway <br />Drive, San Leandro, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Land- <br />scape Approval in order to construct a seven-unit multiple dwelling at 4795 <br />Harrison Street, in an RG-15 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report <br />which stated that applicant had submitted revised drawings, and listed conditions <br />for approval. After discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adapted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 531 <br />[•1HEREAS, the application of J. C. Acord, 2273 Fairway Drive, <br />San Leandro for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, <br />Architectural and Landscape Approval in order to <br />construct a seven-unit multiple dwelling at 4795 <br />Harrison Street, in an RG-15 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be denied for the <br />following reasons: <br />Site Plan, lack of adequate open space, con- <br />siderable amount of driveway that is not <br />efficiently planned, case of maximizing with- <br />out regard to people who have to live there, <br />the architecture sets a depressing precident <br />and so does the landscaping. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Mrs. Vesta Fish, 3585 Brook <br />Street, Apt. 4k8, Lafayette, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and <br />Landscape Approval in order to construct fourteen additional multiple dwelling units <br />at 811-827 Division Street, in an RG-25 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff <br />report which recommended approval. Mrs. Vesta Fiah was present in the audience. <br />After further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 532 <br />S9HEREAS, the application of Mrs. Vesta Fish, 3585 Brook <br />Street, Apt. ~~8, Lafayette, for a Zoning Permit <br />with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape <br />Approval in order to construct twelve additional <br />multiple dwelling units at 811-827 Division <br />Street, in an RG-25 District, has come before <br />this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Said Zoning Permit is issued only for twelve <br />additional units. The two unite located adjacent <br />to Division Street on the proposed plan are <br />eliminated from the subject Zoning Permit. <br />2. A detailed grading and drainage plan must be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />3. A detailed landscaping plan must be submitted <br />to and approved by the City Engineer prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />
