4. An on-site, wet fire line, together with necessary <br />valves and hydrants, must be installed in accordance <br />with the requirements of the Fire Chief. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Patsy Ferrulli, 4130 Alvarado <br />Street, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval, <br />in order to utilize an existing building at 706 Main Street as a restaurant, in a <br />C-C District. Mr. Campbell informed the Commission that the applicant had re- <br />quested this matter to be continued to the next meeting. Upon motion of Chairman <br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, it was determined to <br />continue this matter to the meeting of March 23, 1966. <br />Under Communications, a letter re: Sam Sansone of the Pleasanton Liquor Store was <br />read. The letter was submitted by Hans C. Bakke, of U. B. Construction Co., Inc. <br />pointing out the serious hardship which would be imposed upon the property owner <br />by submitting evidence that the two parcels have been combined. Mr. Jim Crew <br />stated twat tor. Struthers recommended that possibly an agreement be drawn up and <br />signed between the City and the property owner. After further discussion, upon <br />motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following res- <br />olution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 533 <br />RESOLVED: to amend Resolution No. 522, Item 1. "Evidence be <br />submitted indicating that the two parcels have been <br />combined", which shall now read; <br />An agreement be drawn up between the City of <br />Pleasanton and the property owner concerning <br />the restriction imposed regarding the parking <br />on this property. This agreement to be recorded. <br />The Street Name Theme Committee was asked to meet regarding a theme for the street <br />names for the Stoneson property, Stonegate. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and carried, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 11:10 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, March 23, 1966, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
