4. An on-site, wet fire line, together with necessary valves and hydrants, must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Chief. The next item on the agenda was the application of Patsy Ferrulli, 4130 Alvarado Street, for a Zoning Permit with Site Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval, in order to utilize an existing building at 706 Main Street as a restaurant, in a C-C District. Mr. Campbell informed the Commission that the applicant had re- quested this matter to be continued to the next meeting. Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, it was determined to continue this matter to the meeting of March 23, 1966. Under Communications, a letter re: Sam Sansone of the Pleasanton Liquor Store was read. The letter was submitted by Hans C. Bakke, of U. B. Construction Co., Inc. pointing out the serious hardship which would be imposed upon the property owner by submitting evidence that the two parcels have been combined. Mr. Jim Crew stated twat tor. Struthers recommended that possibly an agreement be drawn up and signed between the City and the property owner. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following res- olution was adopted by unanimous vote. RESOLUTION N0. 533 RESOLVED: to amend Resolution No. 522, Item 1. "Evidence be submitted indicating that the two parcels have been combined", which shall now read; An agreement be drawn up between the City of Pleasanton and the property owner concerning the restriction imposed regarding the parking on this property. This agreement to be recorded. The Street Name Theme Committee was asked to meet regarding a theme for the street names for the Stoneson property, Stonegate. There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 11:10 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, March 23, 1966, at 8:00 P.M.
