Box 817, Campbell, for a Conditional <br />Use Permit in order to construct a private recreation <br />facility on Lot 15, Tract No. 2814, (Highland Oaks), <br />in an R-1 District, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved with <br />the following condition: <br />1. That the fence be chain-link with redwood <br />slats along the channel and school site. <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of E. F. J. Puccio, <br />19515 Alana Road, Castro Valley, for a Variance from Sections 8.500 and 17.302, <br />Ordinance No. 309, in order to construct a fourplex on Lot 1, Tract 2541, on the <br />southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue and Mavis Drive, in an RG-25 District. Mr. <br />Campbell presented the staff report which pointed out that this lot in question was <br />a corner lot and recommended approval. The designer, Mr. Puccio, was present in the <br />audience. Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Plato, and <br />carried, the public hearing was closed. Puccio, 19515 Alana <br />Road, Castro Valley, for a Zoning Yermit with Site <br />Plan, Architectural and Landscape Approval in order <br />to construct a fourplex on Lot 1, Tract No. 2547, on <br />the southwest corner of Vineyard Avenue and Mavis <br />Drive, in an RG-25 District, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. Amore precise grading and drainage plan must be <br />submitted with the Site Plan for review and <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to the <br />issuance of the building permit. <br />
