<br />motion of Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following
<br />resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />RESOLVED: That the Planning Commission recommends to the
<br />City Council that the application of J. W.
<br />Shackelton and 41. W. Allison, 874 Division
<br />Street, for an amendment to Ordinance No. 309
<br />rezoning the property located at 852 Division
<br />Street from the R-1 to the RG-15 District, be
<br />rezoned to the RG-15 District.
<br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of Mr. Eugene Vargas,
<br />4031 Silver Street, for a Variance from Section 6.500, Ordinance No. 309, in order
<br />to construct an addition to a single-family dwelling located at 4031 Silver Street,
<br />in an R-1 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which recommended
<br />approval of the application. Upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was closed. After discussion
<br />by the Commission, upon motion of Commissioner Rega, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Antonini, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />order to locate a temporary construction and sales office on Lot 9, Tract No. 2604,
<br />and Lot No. 2, Tract No. 2829, in an R-1 District. Mr. Campbell presented the
<br />staff report which recommended approval subject to whatever time limit the Planning
<br />Commission may wish to impose. Walter Lund was present in the audience and stated
<br />that he felt he needed three years on this Conditional Use Permit. Upon motion of
<br />Commissioner Plato, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the public
<br />hearing was closed. After discussion by the Commission, upon motion of Commi.ssi.nner
<br />Plato, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by
<br />unanimous vote.

<br />Development Company, Y.O. Box 817, Campbell, for a Conditional Use Permit in order
<br />to construct a private recreation facility on Lot 15, Tract No. 2814, (Highland
<br />Oaks), in an R-1 District. Mr. Campbell presented the staff report which recom-
<br />mended approval subject to any conditions that the Planning Commission may wish to
<br />impose concerning landscaping, architecture or fencing. Mr. Jim Blackwell was
<br />present in the audience and briefly described the recreation facility. Upon motion
