RESOLUTION N0. 535 <br />WIIEREP.S, the application for approval of Tentative Map, <br />Tract No. 2843, Stonegate, has come before this <br />Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named Tentative Map, as submitted, <br />be denied. <br />Upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following motion <br />was unanimously adopted. <br />MOVED: To inform the City Council that the Planning Commission <br />is in general agreement with the material submitted on <br />Tentative Map, Tract No. 2843, and that the only problems <br />being the electroliers, modification of street, and lot <br />sizes. Commission concurred with staff report as annotated. <br />Also, to inform the City Council that we should adhere to <br />the General Plan or modify the General Plan and that this <br />map was not in keeping with the present General Plan. <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of Wanda Aldrich, <br />393 Rose Avenue, for a Variance from Section 8.500, Ordinance No. 309, in order to <br />allow conformity of the existing structures located at 421 Roae Avenue, in an RG-15 <br />District. Mr. Fales presented the staff report dated February 12 and further in- <br />formed the Commission of the more recent developments regarding this application. <br />It was determined to proceed to the application of Anna Brown, 460 Division Street, <br />for a Variance from Section 17.305, Ordinance No. 309, in order to reduce the total <br />number of parking spaces required for an existing multiple dwelling at the above <br />address, in an RG-15 District, and dispose of this application and then revert <br />back to the application of Wanda Aldrich. Mr. Falea, at this point, presented the <br />staff report on the application of Anna Brown. Mr. Fred Dodge, representing Mrs. <br />Brown, was present in the audience, and stated that he did not feel trees should be <br />removed as there were vacant parking spaces now. Upon motion of Commission John- <br />ston, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the public hearing was <br />closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Johnston, seconded <br />by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />BESOLUTION N0. 536 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Anna Brown, 460 Division Street, <br />for a Variance from Section 17.305, Ordinance No. <br />309, in order to reduce the total number of parking <br />spaces required for an existing multiple dwelling at <br />the above address, in an RG-15 District, has come <br />before this Commission: <br />NOW, THERBFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to all staff conditions. <br />The discussion then reverted back to the Wanda Aldrich application. Upon motion of <br />Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Johnston, and carried, the public <br />hearing was closed. After further discussion, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, <br />seconded by Commissioner Johnston, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous <br />vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 537 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Wanda Aldrich, 393 Rose Avenue, <br />for a Variance from Section 8.500, Ordinance No. <br />309, in order to allow conformity of the existing <br />structures located at 421 Rose Avenue, in an RG-15 <br />District, has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved subject <br />to conditions set forth by the City staff and City <br />Engineer. <br />
