NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved <br />subject to conditions listed in staff report <br />dated April 13, 1966. <br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Shell Oil Company, 235 W. Mac <br />Arthur Boulevard, Oakland, for a Conditional Use Permit to erect an advertising sign. <br />Mr. Fales presented the staff report. After discussion, upon motion of Commissioner <br />Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was adopted by <br />unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 552 <br />WIU;REAS, the application of Shell Oil Company, 235 W. Mac <br />Arthur Boulevard, Oakland, for a Conditional Use <br />Permit in order to erect an advertising sign, has <br />come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the above-named application be approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Sign shall be free standing sign. <br />2. Sign shall not rotate. <br />3. Sign shall be internally lighted. <br />4. Height shall not exceed 25 feet. <br />The next item on the agenda was Communications. The first matter was an amendment <br />to Tentative Map for Unit 2 of Highland Oaks. Originally, at the request of the <br />Murray School District Architect and Superintendent, a walkway was added with the <br />understanding that the District would pay for the walkway and the necessary bridge <br />across the drainage channel in return for Schulte-Blackwell's agreement to eliminate <br />one lot to provide the area for the walkway. Subsequently, the Murray Board has <br />determined that they will not pay for the walkway and don't want it to exist. After <br />further discussion, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, <br />the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 553 <br />WHEREAS, the revision for Tentative Map for Unit 2 of <br />Highland Oaks, has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that the walkway be deleted and the former <br />lot be reinserted, as shown on the original <br />Tentative Map. <br />The next matter was an amendment to Tentative Map for Tract 2591 requesting per- <br />mission to build upon and occupy Lots 10, 11 and 12 and to now occupy houses already <br />built upon Lots 3 and 9. After further discussion between Mr. Dudley Frost, Mr. Ted <br />Weaver and the Commission, upon motion of Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner <br />Plato, the following resolution was adopted by unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 554 <br />WHEREAS, the revision for Tentative Map for Tract 2591 requesting <br />permission to build upon and occupy Lots 10, 11 and 12 <br />and to now occupy houses already built upon Lots 3 and 9, <br />has come before this Commission: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED: that occupancy be allowe3 end building be allowed <br />on the lots in question. <br />
